In Counter-Strike 2, every millisecond counts. You rely on audio cues - footsteps, reloads, bomb taps. You can't afford to be spamming a manual soundboard like Soundpad while holding an angle on Mirage.
This is where Killer Vibe's Auto-Triggers change the game. Instead of pressing a key, the app listens to the real-time game state via the Overwolf API. When you get a Headshot, the app knows. And it reacts instantly.
Step 1: Installation & Safe Launch
Installing is simple. We use the Overwolf framework to ensure maximum compatibility and safety. Unlike external scripts, we don't inject code into `cs2.exe`, making us 100% safe for VAC and Faceit usage.
"I've used manual soundboards for years. Auto-triggers are a cheat code for content creation." - Global Elite Playtester
⚠️ Critical: Video Settings
CS2 defaults to "Exclusive Fullscreen". For the Killer Vibe overlay to work, you MUST switch to "Fullscreen Windowed" or "Windowed" mode in your Video Settings.
Tech Note: Exclusive Fullscreen blocks all external overlays from drawing on top of the GPU buffer. Windowed mode allows us to display your triggers visuals seamlessly.
Step 2: Configuring Events
Once installed, navigate to the "Events" tab. You will see a list of supported CS2 events:
- 🎯 Kill / Headshot
- 💀 Death
- 💣 Bomb Plant / Defuse
- 🏆 Round Win / MVP
Click any event, search for a sound (e.g., "Damn son where'd you find this"), and hit Assign. That's it. Next time you one-tap someone, the lobby will hear it.
The "Bomb Defuse" Meta (Pro Tip)
Want to stress your friends out? Assign the "Mission Impossible Theme" or the "Jeopardy Thinking Music" to the Bomb Defuse event.
As soon as you start defusing, the music starts. It stops automatically when the bomb is defused (or if you explode). It's the ultimate content generator for Twitch Streamers.
